Progressions the Leeds based LifeSkills office are pleased to announce their initial introduction to McDonalds by way of a breakfast event that took place at their Leeds office, Introducing learners to a fantastic opportunity to gain a progression into full-time employment.

Joyce Whitley, McDonald’s recruitment manager and previous restaurant manager took centre stage at progressions in Leeds, to introduce herself and meet with learners to discuss job opportunities, training and progression available to learners interested in taking the next step into employment.

Learners at the event were given the opportunity to present themselves to Joyce and ask questions in regards to the specific roles available and the training involved.

It was an amazing success, resulting in five learners being chosen to take part in a one day work trial with successful completion, resulting into a full-time role.

We would like to thank Joyce Whitley for her dedication and commitment in supporting learners into work, and also the learners for taking time out to listen, present and show enthusiasm to progress further progressions.

This is just the start of things to come.
