LifeSkills are always friendly and have a flexible approach with our learners. They are supportive and really understand the student’s needs.
Across all the LifeSkills centres, students spent time researching and understanding the concept of ‘Remembrance Day’ and the meaning of the ‘Poppy’.
Students not only learned about the sacrifices men and women made during the 1st and 2nd World Wars but also learned to recognise that men and women lost their lives in more recent conflicts which sometimes tend to be overlooked by the larger more famous historical conflicts.
The students in Rotherham created a series of wall displays to reflect upon and highlight their research.
