LifeSkills are always friendly and have a flexible approach with our learners. They are supportive and really understand the student’s needs.
Do you already work or want to work in Customer Service – face-to-face or over the phone – this could be a great opportunity for you.
As a customer service apprentice, you’ll need clear and up-to-date knowledge of your organisation’s products and services and be able to communicate with all sorts of people.
Duties will vary between sectors, but in most cases you’ll be making sure that customers are dealt with in a positive, reliable and pleasant way – whether that’s by offering advice, answering questions or handling complaints.
You can start on an Intermediate (level 2) or Advanced (level 3) Apprenticeship, depending on your job role and experience. To achieve your Apprenticeship you will work towards a framework of qualifications including, competence and knowledge elements as well maths and English (up to Level 2).
You’ll work with a Learning Advisor to put together a programme that fits in with your job, to develop the skills you already have and learn new ones. All of which helps you to do your job even better and be ready to go further in your career.
