It doesn’t matter what business you are in, good Managers are essential to the success of any business, so the skills gained on this apprenticeship are transferable and valuable across a range of sectors and job roles. You’ll find out about different management techniques and leadership skills. You’ll gain the tools, and confidence, to manage people effectively and have a chance to put all you learn into action.
On the Team Leader/Supervisor apprenticeship you will learn about planning, allocating and monitoring the work of a team, supporting team members, managing conflict, resolving problems, project management, agreeing budgets and managing customer service.
You will work with a Learning Advisor to put together a programme that fits in with your job, to develop the skills you already have and learn new ones. All of which helps you to do your job even better and be ready to go further in your career.
All of your training takes place at work, and your Learning Advisor will visit you to give support, guidance and see how you are putting your new skills into practice.
