An opportunity for an individual to work for a leading chartered surveyors and estate agents in South Yorkshire. Founded in 1832, the company has maintained a strong, independent tradition, and a passion for properties ever since. They provide a thorough, professional and enthusiastic service each with their own team of dedicated, knowledgeable and local individuals. They are now looking for a business administration apprentice to mould, with skills and experience to be able to grow with the business.
For the right candidate, some of your daily duties will include the following:
- Reception duties
- Call handling
- Arranging appointments via letter, email and telephone
- Answering and sending emails
- Prioritising workload
- Arranging and sending monthly inspections for all branches
- Checking reports from Inspections & forwarding to Landlords
- Basic administration duties
