It doesn't matter what business you're in. If you're in a position that involves looking after a team of people, this course could help you.
You'll learn about managing resources, providing leadership, improving working relationships, and health and safety. And that's just for starters. You'll also work with a trainer to decide which other areas you'd like to get stuck into - like resolving customer problems and encouraging innovation.
Your trainer will visit you at work for one-on-one meeting and to see you put what you've learnt into practice.
