Working in a contact centre means dealing with customers either on the phone, by electronic methods (such as email) or both. If that sums up your job, then this could help you develop your skills.
A trainer will help put together a programme that fits your particular job. So you'll be learning about things which directly help you get better at what you do, along with health and safety issues. Your trainer comes to your workplace to give you support and guidance and makes sure you're getting what you need from the training.
