Interacting with clients, working with other services and reviewing your own work are just a few of the areas you might cover. You'll work with a trainer who'll help you put together a learning programme that suits you and your job.
Your trainer will visit you at work to see how you're getting on. You'll have one-on-one meetings as well as the chance to show how you put into practice what you've learnt.
