Adult Apprenticeship in Team Leading
It doesn't matter what business you're in. If your job means you're responsible for looking after a team of people, this apprenticeship will help you.
You'll learn about managing resources, providing leadership, improving working relationships, and Health & Safety. And that's just for starters. You'll also choose from a range of other areas that are relevant to your job - like resolving customer problems and encouraging innovation. But don't worry, the trainer you'll be working with can help you choose these.
They'll also visit you at your workplace. You'll have one-on-one meetings, talk to them about what you've learnt and let them see how you put what you've learnt into practice.
On completion of your apprenticeship you'll achieve a NVQ Level 2 Award which allows you to progress for further training and even more qualifications.
