Adult Apprenticeship in Retail Skills
Working in a shop means much more than sitting on the till. This apprenticeship is for those who are involved with storage and ordering stock, preparing products for sale and looking after customers.
You'll be able to choose specific areas that interest you to learn more about. You'll have to show you can be responsible for your work and work as part of a team. There'll be observations of your work, chats about it, and one-on-one meetings with your trainer.
After completing your apprenticeship and receiving your NVQ Level 2 Award, you could choose to do an NVQ Level 3 qualification.
