Adult Apprenticeship in Management

If your role includes looking after a team of people, then this NVQ Level 3 Apprenticeship will really help you.

You'll find out about different management techniques and leadership skills. You'll gain the tools, and confidence, to manage people effectively and have a chance to put all you learn into action. Your trainer will visit you in the workplace to provide support and guidance and to evaluate your progress.
