Adult Apprenticeship in Contact Centre
Working in a contact centre means dealing with customers either on the phone, by electronic methods (such as email) or both. If that sums up your job, then this course can help you develop your skills.
You'll work with a trainer who'll visit you at work to give you support and guidance. They can also help you pick the areas most relevant to your role, which you'll learn along with health and safety issues, and working more effectively.
After you've completed your apprenticeship and received your NVQ Level 2 Award, you have the option of going on to train for an NVQ Level 3 qualification.
