Adult Apprenticeship in Business and Administration

This is an apprenticeship for people who work as part of a team in a wide range of businesses. You'll probably work on your own quite a lot and have to share with or provide information to others.

To get the qualification, you need to show you can perform a number of tasks connected to your job. These might include dealing with visitors, using IT systems, working with other people or managing customer relations - we'll work with you to find out the areas relevant to your job. A trainer will visit you in the workplace to talk you about these and see you in action, as well as having one-on-one meetings with you.

And once you've finished the course and received your NVQ Level 2 Award, you might want to think about becoming a supervisor and training for your NVQ Level 3.
