Adult Apprenticeship in Advice and Guidance
If your job involves providing advice and guidance then this could be the apprenticeship for you.
A trainer will work with you to put together a programme that's right for your job. It could include areas like interacting with clients, working with other services and reviewing your own work, among other things.
You'll learn the skills you need and gain your qualification while you work. In fact, that's where your trainer will visit you. They'll want to see you putting what you've learnt into practice, talk to you about your job and have one-on-one meetings sometimes too.
On completion you'll achieve an NVQ Level 2 award. This also means there's nothing to stop you progressing to a NVQ Level 3 if you wish.
