Lifeskills achieve Extraordinary Status

LifeSkills have been awarded Extraordinary Status in the Best Companies 2011 Awards. This competition covers small, medium and large enterprises in the UK and by achieving this status, LifeSkills are in the Top 50 of small, medium and large enterprises to work for.

Staff at LifeSkills completed a series of questions covering different elements of the business, as follows:

Leadership
Branding
Management
My Company
Personal Growth
Teamwork
Getting a Fair Deal
Wellbeing
Giving something back

LifeSkills were awarded Extraordinary status in 2009 and Outstanding status in 2010. In response to the award, Managing Director Spencer Fearn stated "I am absolutely thrilled with the results from the surveys completed by the teams across LifeSkills. We try to ensure that our staff are fully supported both in and out of work and the strong results reflect this and our company culture. We had a slight dip last year achieving outstanding status so to re-claim the extraordinary status badge is a testament to all the fantastically dedicated staff in our company".

The good news doesn't end there. On the 23rd February, the senior management of LifeSkills will be attending the prestigious 2011 Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For Finals to receive an award for the third consecutive year.
